Free and Reduced Price Lunch ApplicationParents/guardians who may qualify for Free and Reduced Meal prices are required to complete a
Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application in order to be eligible. Free and Reduced Meal prices afford several district and external benefits for students.
Parents can complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal under the ‘More’ tab at
http://portal.swcsd.us. Paper applications are also available in all school buildings and at the Food Services Department.
Your child’s application is only good for one school year and the first few days of the start of the next school year. Thus, applications must be completed

Online Food Service PaymentsParents can make school food service payments through their
Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The ‘Payments’ tab and tool provides
Portal users with the ability to pay fees and deposit food service money online using a major credit card, checking or savings account. This tool eliminates the need to send cash or checks with a student to school and provides parents a simple way to stay on top of school fees and services.
The ‘Food Service’ tab in the Portal allows parents and students access to current account balances, transactions, account history, and account adjustments.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
